Ms Susan Loke started her Early Childcare journey in 2003 as the first franchisee of Cherie Hearts Group. With her exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, Ms Loke was approached to join the Franchisor in 2007 as their Senior Vice President of Business Development to grow the franchise business and to increase the brand awareness.
Consistently exceeding expectations and leading the drive for increased market share, Ms Loke was promoted to the position of President for Cherie Hearts Group – Local Operations in 2008. With her vast knowledge of the industry and a strong commitment to performance, she continues to transcend to greater heights as she obtained several awards (e.g. Work-Life Excellence Award, Singapore Prestige Brand Award and Franchise Star Achiever (Silver) Award).
Ms Loke is always calm and works well under pressure. She led a diverse team with strategic leadership and ensured that all centres successfully transitioned through the transfer of ownership to the new management – G8 Education Singapore Pte Ltd during the acquisition exercise in 2011. Ms Loke continued her leadership as Chief Operating Officer for G8 Education Singapore including the brands known as Bright Juniors, Cherie Hearts and Our Juniors’ Schoolhouse. Her role was to execute and manage G8’s Singapore business with an emphasis on operational and occupancy performance. Ms Loke was responsible for profitability, day-to-day operations and the management of Singapore’s HQ as well as the centres (franchised and owned).
Sharing the same beliefs with the Founder and advocates for a curriculum that balances fun with engaging learning dispositions for children, Ms Loke joined TwinkleKidz in 2019. She works with a team of strong and dedicated leaders to continuously provide a safe, healthy, hygienic, and happy learning environment for the children and staff.
Ms Loke was requested by her peers to serve as the Secretary for ASSETS (Association of Early Childhood and Training Services) in 2015 & 2016. She took up the Vice President role for 2017 to 2019 and is currently serving in the President role since 2020.
